Due to the fact that we guarantee the quality of the cells we import, we are able to provide you with a 5-year LTO Premium warranty.
Details:
For all batteries purchased after July 1, 2024, in addition to the standard 2-year warranty, we also provide a 5-year LTO Premium warranty for all LTO cells purchased from us. The warranty period begins on the date of issue of the invoice/receipt and applies to all European countries. If cells purchased from us during the warranty period experience defects in materials, workmanship or excessive wear, under the warranty you will receive one of our selected services:
- Free replacement of defective LTO cells
- Percentage refund of the purchase price, adequate to the warranty period.
To benefit from the warranty, the cells must be returned to us for verification. It is important to pack properly to avoid damage during transport.
Barcodes/QR codes cannot be removed from batteries to recognize the cell. Failure to do so may result in loss of warranty.

Please also send photos of the installation and provide data such as: RMS power of the amplifier set, cable cross-sections used, type of alternator, type, make and model of the vehicle.
The warranty does not cover the following damage:
- Improper use – i.e. excessive loading, discharge beyond the operating range, etc.
- Sloppy assembly
- Environmental influences (excessive moisture, fire, short circuits)
- Failure to comply with safety measures and operating instructions
- Unauthorized repair attempts
- Excessive use of force (external factors such as impact, fall, twisting)
- Normal wear and tear
- Cell damage due to third party equipment
- Using different types of batteries connected together
If the complaint is accepted, it will be processed free of charge. Any costs incurred by you will be reimbursed by us. In each case, shipment must be agreed with us in advance.
