Personal data and privacy

Personal data is processed based on the consent given by the User and in cases where legal regulations authorize the Controller to process personal data based on legal provisions or for the purpose of fulfilling the contract concluded between the parties.

The service collects information about users and their behaviors in the following way:

  • through voluntarily provided information in forms,
  • by collecting “cookies” files.

The service collects information voluntarily provided by the user.

The data provided in the form are processed for the purpose resulting from the function of a specific form, e.g. in order to process the information contact.

Personal data left on the website will not be sold or made available to third parties, in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act.

Purpose of processing

The data is processed in order to:

  • performance of purchase and sale contracts via the Store – until the contract is completed – pursuant to art. 6 paragraph 1 lit. b) and art. 9 paragraph 2 lit. h) GDPR;
  • maintaining a user account in the Store – for the duration of the account, until the account is closed at the user’s request – pursuant to art. 6 paragraph 1 lit. b) GDPR;
  • sending a newsletter with information about products offered by the Administrator – until the consent is withdrawn – pursuant to art. 6 paragraph 1 lit. b) GDPR;
  • the Administrator’s implementation of the provisions of applicable law, in particular tax law – for 5 years, counting from the end of the calendar year in which the deadline for payment of tax due resulting from the transaction has expired – pursuant to art. 6 paragraph 1 lit. c) and art. 9 paragraph 2 lit. h) GDPR;
  • handling claims that the Administrator or Customers may have against each other – until the claims under the law expire – pursuant to art. 6 paragraph 1 lit. f) and art. 9 paragraph 2 lit. h) GDPR.

Your permissions

A person who has consented to the processing of their data has the right to inspect, modify, delete, limit processing, transfer, and stop processing them (if it is possible under the law).

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

The person whose data is processed also has the right to lodge a complaint with the body responsible for the protection of personal data.

The basis for processing:

  • Sales contract or actions taken at the User’s request, aimed at its conclusion (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR) |
  • Legal obligation, e.g. related to accounting (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR)
  • User’s consent expressed in the Store (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR)
  • Contract for the provision of services or actions taken at the Customer’s request, aimed at its conclusion (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR)
  • Our legitimate interest in the processing of data in order to establish, pursue or defend any claims (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR)
  • Our legitimate interest in conducting direct marketing (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR)
  • Our legitimate interest in processing data for analytical and statistical purposes (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR)
  • Our legitimate interest in examining customer satisfaction (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR)

Data safety

In the interests of the security of the data entrusted to us, we have developed internal procedures and recommendations to prevent disclosure of data to unauthorized persons. We control their performance and constantly check their compliance with the relevant legal acts – the Personal Data Protection Act, the Act on the provision of electronic services, as well as all kinds of executive acts and Community law acts.

External services

We use the services of third parties to whom your data may be transferred. Below is a list of possible recipients of your data:

  • provider of software needed to run an online store
  • payment provider
  • provider of software that facilitates running a business (e.g. accounting software)
  • an entity that provides us with technical support
  • relevant public authorities to the extent that the Administrator is obliged to provide them with data

We reserve the right to change the privacy policy of the website, which may be affected by the development of Internet technology, possible changes in the law on the protection of personal data and the development of our website. We will inform you about any changes in a visible and understandable way.

The files “cookies” should be understood as IT data stored in the end devices of users, intended for the use of websites. In particular, these are text files containing the name of the website they come from, their storage time on the end device and a unique number.

The website does not automatically collect any information, except for information contained in cookie files.
