Assembly service consist of:
- Selection of cell parameters
- Careful selection of cells with appropriate parameters (voltage, internal resistance) so that the set works consistently and efficiently.
- Assembly with bridges
- Ensuring a durable and aesthetic connection between cells.
- Tighten to the correct torque depending on the battery type
- Applying the correct tightening torque to ensure optimal electrical contact and avoid mechanical damage to the cells.
- Balancer installation (optional)
- Balancer installation included, if required.
- Testing the balancer’s operation before finalizing the set.
